Canaima - Angel Falls         // Next Tours // to the Kamadac-Homepage

To the south of the Orinoco River you will find The Canaima National Park, a tourism paradise with an infinite variety of natural resources and amazing landscapes. Our most famous destination is the Angel Falls in the Venezuelan jungle, an exotic adventure place where reality transforms itself into a fantastic backdrop for the legendary. Canaima, is without any doubt, one of the most spectacular places in earth.

The Angel Falls is more than 3,000 feet high, and the highest free-falling waterfall in the world. You will be able to see several other waterfalls and ride some rapids travelling up or down river in dugout canoes (with outboard engines and Indian river men), accompanied by an English/Spanish speaking guide who will tell you about the legends of this mystic place.

You will also go to Salto Sapo (Sapo waterfall), in which will live the experience of walking behind of a curtain of tons of water that falls hardly a few centimetres next to us. Between jungle and plain will alternate in this excursion with visitors of all parts of the world, lovers of the nature that have found in Canaima, the purity and tranquillity of a virgin land, full of magic, legends and personages.
